As we wind down our operations, orders will be packaged and shipped within 7 business days. Our website will remain online until the end of July as we clear our remaining inventory.

Please note: All sales are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We’re excited to offer seamless shipping options for our customers in Canada, the USA, and internationally.

FREE SHIPPING:

  • Orders over $150 (excluding tax) are shipped via ICS, Canpar, Purolator, Fedex and UPS Expedited Parcel with tracking.

Standard Rates for Orders Under $150 or Bulky Items:

  • $20: Soft goods and select hard goods accessories.
  • $40: Bulky items like travel bags, indoboards, and bodyboards.
  • $100: Surfboards shorter than 8ft.
  • $200: Surfboards 8ft and longer.

Additional charges may apply for shipments to remote locations (e.g., Northwest Territories, Haida Gwaii, Tofino, Newfoundland, Interior BC, QC and AB). For orders with three or more surfboards, email aloha@surfthegreats.org for an estimated shipping rate.

FREE SHIPPING:

  • Orders over $350 qualify for free shipping anywhere in the Continental USA (some exclusions apply).

Standard Rates for Orders Under $350 or Bulky Items:

  • $30: Soft goods and select hard goods accessories.
  • $60: Bulky items like travel bags, skimboards, and bodyboards.
  • $350: Surfboards under 8ft.

Any duties, taxes, or associated brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not ship surfboards 8ft or longer to the USA. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or remote locations. For orders with three or more surfboards, email aloha@surfthegreats.org for an estimated shipping rate.

We proudly ship worldwide! International shipping rates are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

  • We do not ship surfboards 8ft or longer internationally.
  • Duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Additional shipping rates may apply depending on your location and the type of item ordered.
  • If extra fees are required, we will contact you before processing your order. If shipping is unavailable for your location, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Returns & Exchanges

As we are closing our store, all sales are final, no exceptions. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

The inventory displayed online reflects current stock. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss fulfilment options.

In our ongoing effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we combine items into single shipments when possible and often use repurposed boxes to minimize bulk and waste.

You will receive a tracking number once the courier picks up your order. The customer is responsible for tracking and receiving their package. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All shipments are signature-required unless you instruct us otherwise.

Returned shipments due to failed delivery attempts will incur additional shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Reshipping fees for returned orders are also the responsibility of the customer.
